Weichert, Realtors On The Gulf was established on January 1^st 2005 by Jerry Osinski Broker/Owner. Company is affiliated with the largest privately own real estate company in the USA, Weichert, Realtors.

Weichert, Realtors On The Gulf quickly grew to a major player in South Florida as well within Weichert, Realtors ranks (currently top 10 office Nationwide) The reason for steady growth and bullet proof to market conditions had to do with Osinski's vision to be always a step ahead of the market.

As an example he created very successful Rental  department in 2005 that currently has highly trained Rental and PM agents that are listing and renting hundreds properties in Southwest Florida. As he says, "...there is no dead market, there are dead agents..."As the market will shift in the future company already is looking into adjustments and changes that will allow company to gain market share.

Growth and success would not happen without a management and a TEAM of Agents that Weichert, Realtors On The Gulf employs.  With offices in Naples and Fort Myers, company has over 50 fully dedicated and professional agents that cover All Collier, Lee.

In late 2009 Weichert, Realtors On The Gulf acquired Aqualand Realty out of Pine Island to expand its penetration to the western part of Lee County.  On The Gulf is looking into expanding it's operations via recruiting and mergers/acquisitions.
